Velhos e Abandonados


Velhos e Abandonados meaning old and abandoned.

Three years ago we had a wonderful holiday in Portugal. I really loved that country. 
We saw this painting in an old historic city: Guarda.

Somehow I think it fits very well with these corona times. It is frightening. 
So to end better,here's another one. Not painted, but it's on a wall, right?

    I agree with Elizabeth and yes, never end in a negative way, if you find another.
    But, weee. Hubby is nearly 8 years older than me, he has to live very long for a man!

    Ze vallen ook mooi samen, deze foto's. De onzekerheden van deze periode zijn alleen te behappen als we niet al te ver vooruit kijken en kleine stapjes nemen.

    Interesting find. It's strange that you went to Guarda, as it's not a city tourists would flock to. I used to live about 1h by car East of Guarda.

    ...Bettie, this is a fabulous mural for these times. Here in the US there is a growing portion that seems unable to learn or understand what is happening around them. They just want to be to do whatever they want.
