Street Art in Leeuwarden

If I understood correctly, many murals were made in Leeuwarden, when the city was European Capital of Culture.

That was in 2018. 

And a lot of murals are still there. I was in Leeuwarden in june this year, and saw this one:

I think the rooster is crowing a warning!
