The artist who made the lower part is Ottograph and I have to say that I really like that part. I know nothing about the upper part. Ottograph too? Someone else?
One of the readers here on my blog, Mieke, discovered what I have not seen and understood. About the upper part of the artwork. It represents Ajax players. And Ajax is a Dutch football club, based here in Amsterdam. The intention was to celebrate their championship. The artist is Tim Rodermans. So now that Mieke told me about this, I think it's obvious and stupid that I did not recognize it. Thanks Mieke.

De twee delen lijken niet helemaal bij elkaar te passen maar zijn afzonderlijk wel mooi.
Ik vind het super op deze wijze, deze murals zijn gewoon een win-win situatie voor de muralist en de kijker.

Ik ben de enige niet Ajax fan in de familie. Toch vind ik het een mooi portret.
Dankjewel Mieke, slim van jou en stom van mij. Ik ken die spelers niet, maar ik had natuurlijk wel moeten snappen dat het hier op deze plek om Ajax zou gaan. Ik heb het meteen enigszins aangepast.

Ja dat is een gouden plek voor murals, ben er al lang niet meer grweest......
Deze murals vind ik minder mooi. Die rode komt een beetje agresssievig op mij over.
What an amazing double mural. Don't feel bad. There are times I don't get the mural until much later. It is a wonderful find and great to see you in the photo, too.
